  2. Only one I knew of was the Nakamechi Dragon. Couldn't afford it so I didn't look that hard. Still have a Denon DP45F from that era. Eod1sg Ret

  6. I had a Nakamichi 600 deck that was awesome, easy to adjust bias and saturation settings. Loved it, but sold it 5 years ago to a guy who wanted to complete the full Nak System One stack.

  7. It was easier to flip the tape to maintain the proper tape head alignment angle then it was to try and shift the tape heads every time you changed direction.

  8. Nakamichi.I had one living on base in Torrejon Spain in 1989. I just saw Olsen beat me to it.
