  2. I love butter too. Its natural. In moderate quants has to be good for me, but who knows, I'm only 75.

  3. One of THE absolute best foods you can eat- butter makes your pants fall off. FACT. The more you eat, the better, has ZERO negative affect on heart- only positive. I eat almost butter as I do steak and eggs- daily.

    The first hydrogenated shortening went on sale in 1911. As chemically altered seed and vegetable oils replaced animal fats in the North American diet cardiovascular disease increased in occurrence from very rare to the most common cause of death.
    My grandmother lived to 100 and she only used butter and lard in her kitchen.

  6. The seed companies that make cooking oils paid off the FDA/AMA to say butter was bad for your heart and started the whole cholesterol scam.
