And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

I could go for that place about now (it's quite hot here today).
Saturday morning here in Colorado Springs it was a cool 60 degrees at 7 AM and it climbed to 80 degrees later in the afternoon. The breeze was gently blowing most of the day and the humidity was below 10%. Life is good.
Went up to 103.7 yesterday and will get up to 110ish later this week for about 5 days. Ya know, summer in a desert. That pool would be mighty nice, unless it heats up too much in the sun.
That is a nice looking setup..

ReplyDeleteToday (Sunday) I just got home from the store and the temperature reading is 66 degrees. Such a nice place to live!!!
