And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
We must have lived the same because that is exactly what I thought of! I bought the DVD a few years back and we watched it as a family. I found out that my youngest daughter (28 at the time) has a thing for Hardy Kruger in his safari shorts. My favorite scene is the monkey trap.
I'd love to go see a new John Wayne movie! This summer is shaping up as the worst summer for new movies I've ever seen. They have spent hundreds of millions building those ridiculous movie houses with recliners and digital screens; and nothing to show on them.
