  1. Once you start using a griddle, you'll never go back to a grille. Fajitas and Steak with grilled onions and mushrooms or a burger with an egg on top. Try that on a grille

  2. Cooked 25lbs of bacon on one Saturday morning for our church's Men's Breakfast. Took just over 2hrs. Before, we cooked it in the oven, taking between 4 and 5hrs. Griddle has changed the attitude of a few early risers.

  3. Or for ten bucks you could put a cookie sheet on your grill. I seem to recall some much earlier application of this device, southern restaurant chain of some notoriety. Something about waffles. As my daddy used to say, use the right tool for the job. Pancakes by the ton are very hard to do on a grill.

  5. I think it probable that grill manufacturers are going to figure out that having one burner dedicated to a griddle is a slick option for a nice built-in gas grill.

  6. Griddles are great. We had one at the shop I worked at and everyone took turns cooking their favorites for the crew. I did Sausage, Peppers & Onions served on sub rolls of course.

  7. Too big, but have been looking at the little one with a lid. Don't know where I'd put it, there's no room left in the shop.I keep using the 1/4" steel plate on my Weber.

  8. Blackstone is easily the best outdoor gas cooker on the market. My preference would be the tabletop model with hood.
