And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

You could make a fortune with this in California these days
Little 2A doesn't have enough body weight to push that plow if it's full of "Sierra Cement". I have 2" in my yard currently and it's so wet that it packs to ice readily and my Rubicon will go right over it.
Those little things are terrible plow vehicles, doesn't take a lot of the higher moisture stuff to exceed the weight of the vehicle. Your chains will just help you get stuck in a worse position than you would without.
My FJ-40 with chains all around does just swell!..The wet stuff just angle the blade. When the white stuff freezes it turns to concrete. Need a dozer then. It's 6' high in parts of my NCentral Wa. home today. Come on Spring!
And if you're like the guy that does our road you just barely put the blade down and call it good.

ReplyDeleteThat's a military arctic hard top on that jeep. Put a set of chains on it and it will move mountains.
ReplyDeleteMy grandfather had one like that about 60 years ago. It was fun to drive.---ken
