And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
No question the meat is good but sourdough bread and gravy is too much to resist. I’d dip sourdough or any good bread in such a gravy until I could only roll away. Just guessing but I’d say it's a Sauce Béarnaise.
One of my daughters taught at an international high school n Brussels for a few years. Her developing a preference for Sauce Béarnaise on her school lunch steaks told me just how far away she was from the 35 cent burritos I remember eating in California.
