And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Evidently they are in China. There are many kinds of undergroud tunnels and sewers, and generally they are vented to prevent the build up of gases. This looks like a sewer explosion that the guy somehow triggered.

I thought he was dropping a firecracker in. Had the kids back up a bit, it was a little more then expected.

shredded the fellows jacket, I think the cover was going to land on top of him, if justice was served.
