And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

I dunno about this picture. What Indians were using arrows in the early 1900's? The tepee is made of canvas, not buffalo hide. Who would lay their tomahawk on the snow like that?
I might be wrong but that looks like a man named Greyowl who was an Englishman who pretended to be a native indian in Canada a hundred years ago or so. fooled many people for years.
