And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Lord have mercy on me should I ever find something like this for sale reasonable.
My first truck was a 352CI engine 4x4 Forestry service truck like this. Very basic, granny gear 4 speed with an oil bath air filter. It had service records for 190k when I got it. It burned a quart of oil every 500 miles. I replaced the engine with a 390 out of a station wagon when it finally threw a rod.

ReplyDeleteNext door neighbor had one, 292 V8 and 4 speed, really they don't make them like that anymore.
