And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? You can get a permit to hunt walrus in Iceland, which I would like to do (ivory for pistol grips/knife handles). You didn't need a permit the day after creation.

I was stationed in Iceland for a few years and on the rare sunny day when the temps reached the 60's the Icelanders shut the country down and went out on picnics and sunbathed.
