  "Takanakuy ("when the blood is boiling" in the Quechua language) is an annual festival held on 25 December by the inhabitants ofChumbivilcas Province, near Cuzco in Peru. The festival consists of dancing and of individuals fighting each other to settle old scores or simply to display their fighting skills. Men, women and children take part. For the participants it is an important part of their cultural heritage."

Sounds like a kind of South American Festivus - the airing of grievances part.  You Tube just has to have video.
