In follow up to the post yesterday on the ham hock and beans in the dutch oven, here is the finished product. You can see the onions I added about a half hour before the food was finished, and finished it was, as the bones just fell out of the ham.  

Add some cornbread with honey, and you have the kind of meal that will leave you in that state of semi conscious happiness and fulfillment that you get after a big Thanksgiving dinner.
