Some are quite high and can damage electronics. The control circuits in a modern central heat unit, some room heaters, and most small electronics are all vulnerable.Country Boyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10956952163303231460noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4533651942397782565.post-27015176051621266702021-11-28T20:34:21.511-08:002021-11-28T20:34:21.511-08:00Unless the electric start model retains the hand p...Unless the electric start model retains the hand pull start, I would recommend staying away from it. If you are not test running it every month, the odds are that when you need it, the battery will be dead. Good chance the battery won't handle starting in sub-freezing temps, either. Cold really effects lead acid cold cranking ability.

They seem to be mixing and matching the specs between various models of the Dewalt generators. For instance, I see frame size listed as 1" and 1.25"?
Also, this page states it can't be shipped to my area (silicon valley), so may not be Calif legal. Seems the other brands dual fuel models are 50 state legal. And the propane hook up. Gas gets old quick, propane lasts forever. If you're handy, you can get 2 lawn mower mufflers at home depot and connect them in tandem to quiet it down. Lastly, generators are FAR more heavy than you might imagine. That DeWalt weighs 122lbs. Can you lift that out of the truck bed by yourself? Or put it back in the bed to take it to be repaired?ghostsniperhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15644187165818782984noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4533651942397782565.post-44628933381540794972021-11-28T11:19:49.663-08:002021-11-28T11:19:49.663-08:00The listing says it's "5 watts".The listing says it's "5 watts".samoorenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4533651942397782565.post-3449155556927262862021-11-28T08:56:38.567-08:002021-11-28T08:56:38.567-08:00No mention of the noise level in the ad, they do n...No mention of the noise level in the ad, they do not need to be really loud these days.Robhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05450082315014407506noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4533651942397782565.post-9821164661192700212021-11-28T08:22:28.695-08:002021-11-28T08:22:28.695-08:00Yes, on my list for this month.
