And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

That's got Martin Sheen/Apocalypse Now Vibes, but without the menace
Dragged up in Queensland, cycle to school and have to ford a few flood paths in the rainy season. At the school gates one of the teachers would be there, clad in 1970s shorts and moustache, happily puffing away on a cigarette. Which he would use to burn the leeches off our legs.
Only movie I have seen martin Sheen in was Hitchhiker's Guide to the Universe. Place it as the worst ever movie of a book ever. The book was great. The radio show was damn good. The TV show was pretty good. But the movie was twee, off centre, not true to the book in so many ways. They made the robot cute. They had a token black guy. (I'm not racist but why put a black guy in when there never was one ? why not an Asian or put an Eskimo in you it ?) What else was wrong with it ? Oh yeah, Martin Sheen.
Watch the TV show, even if it is dated now it is still better. If you are blind, listen to the radio broadcasts. If you are not blind, read the book.
