And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Looks like Britain - double decker bus, European style license tag on the front of a car and and "Chemist" store sign. When is the last time you saw a pharmacy or drug store called a Chemest's in the USA?
Yes, it does look like the U.K., somewhere, except for the hats. I didn't think that Brits had such an affinity for American-style fedoras. I would have thought they'd be wearing Trilbys or Homburgs, or Bowlers.
Back when the world was civilized, more so than less. We were doomed when they named an airliner an "Airbus" and the Greyhound bus folks took to the skys.
Fashion today: PJ's, sweatshirts, pants hanging off the behind supported with or without a belt. Lack of self respect from both sexes, men and women, the other 83 are left wondering how to dress.

DeleteA dapper group of Men.
ReplyDeleteAI or not, it's a damning counterpoint to the vast majority of American men who think Crocs, T-shirts, and gym shorts are appropriate in public.
