And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? Oh c'mon you "get off my lawn" guys. Let the young have their fun. Let them invent the future. Fifteen to twenty-five is when all the boundaries are pushed, until they figure out what they are really good at and get going on that.
I always advised my daughter "less is more", but she didn't take my advice to heart. I should have started putting on gaudy makeup while she was at home to show her how stupid it looked, use a little bit of that ol' reverse psychology.
