And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Easy handling, 360 V8 engine could tow anything, and decent 16mpg average. pop out the seats, and lay down a bed, turn it into a sort of camper for excursions. @ 280k I drove it to the junk yard, the front end replacement cost 2x what the van was worth (it was burning up wheel bearings 4-500 miles, couldn't be realigned.
When I worked my way through college in the early 70s for the phone company my first vehicle was one of these and it was great. Handled perfect, 3 on the tree, easy to park.
Mine had the slant six with three on the tree, incredibly reliable, kind of noisy, decent fuel milage. Saw it around for better than a decade after selling it, think it changed hands at least three times. Had a lot of fun in it.
