And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Looks like the photo was taken on Hilgard Ave, which is sorority row. The two towers above the upper left car belong to Royce Hall, one of the oldest buildings on campus.
A couple of times a fellow prankster and I borrowed a skeleton from the anthropology department and suspended it in the right hand tower. It took the long-suffering custodial department several days to notice and remove it. This was in the 70's.
