And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
you are his. my Dad told me years ago that getting a dog was a heartache in waiting, to me. it was well worth it. I had some great dogs in my life. and there is nothing better in this world than getting a new pup to love and live with. I only wish they would hang around a but longer as the time with them is always too short.
Dogs are noble beasts that truly bless our lives. As Neal Foard describes it, they think nothing of hurling themselves at danger to save us, because they think we are worth saving. We have a Blue Heeler mixed with pittie and he is the smartest dog I have owned by far.
Love Blue Heelers, but you have to know what you're getting into when you pick one up as a puppy. Due to our work schedules our last couple were adopted via rescue organizations or re-homes, both worked out great.
