And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
That is kind of the point. Bone conduction is built to keep you aware of what is around you, so true noise canceling would work against the whole design.
I have been using the Shokz / AfterShokz bone conducting headphones since they were released. I have hearing loss from my time on submarines, and I can hear perfectly with these.
Several years and well north of 10,000km of nordic skiing with them, along with several seasons on the mountain bike. Have a backup set in the cabinet for when the originals eventually wear out.
I'll never own this type of headphone until they figure out how to add noise cancelling to them.
