  1. put some curb feelers on it and I'd commute in that!

  3. My grandmother was the original owner of a 1939 Ford Salesman's coupe. In 1962, when I was a sophomore in high school, she asked my parents if she could give me her car since she wanted to get a newer car. My parents said, "No" for me since they did not want to have to pay the insurance for me. Oh well...

  4. Sad Lincoln news. Frank Lloyd Wright had a convertible & sedan painted a unique color called Cherokee, an orangish brown. They were housed at Auldbrass in Yemassee, SC at the only Plantation-Style compound he designed.

It had fallen into disrepair until a quite successful Hollywood Producer bought it (name withheld, it's owned by his 501c3 LLC. Both were in a separate barn that caught on fire last year. Both destroyed. .

The last public tour was in 2019. He worries of liability since the scamdemic.

  5. they reproduced the Shadow paperback series in 1975. Lamont Cranston was always and forever speeding about in a powerful coupe. this is what springs to mind as Lamont Cranstons ride.
