  2. Having to shift with my left hand would not go very smoothly

  3. I acquired a small RHD Japanese pickup truck a few years back. It was amazing how easy the transition to left hand was. All other controls are in the same spot. It helped that the truck was small. The biggest change was to learn not to pre-turn your right hand turns, putting incoming traffic in your blind spot. Otherwise, a hoot to drive!

  4. I drive right hand cars from time to time. Shifting is OK. My issue is the turn signal lever is juxtaposed with the wipers on the steering column.
