This is taught to police to be able to escape if bad guys try to block them in. Yeah, pull up on the parking brake to lock the back tires, rev that engine and crank the front wheels fully to the left then dump the clutch. Lots of burning rubber, but you'll pull the front end sideways and then release the brake and take off.
