And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? Cirrus Vision Jet: the end of the line for people who like expensive small planes. For a bit over 4 million dollars you can fly three people at 300 knots for about 1000 miles. But cramped and small cabin, if nicely appointed.
Cirrus drivers (of all kinds) are the BMW folks of the small GA market. They are irritating and entitled.
I like the BMW comparison! The PC-12 and TBM 960 turboprops have way better payload, range and room while giving this thing a run for its money speed wise (the 960 has a faster max cruise). Also lower operating costs. Even the PC-12 being a little slower will make up for it with its range as it won’t have to stop to refuel as often. But hey, a lot of folks with that kind of money prefer looks over logic.
Build yourself a Dragon, lot less upfront, lot less paperwork, FFA wants nothing to do with them. Aircraft Sprice has pretty much everything, but there are others too who cater to home builts, anyway you go with an experimental particularly with a engine at a decent price, lot of savings one can put towards high end cockpit r essentials, or go hog wild, Rotax released a beaut of a 4 cylinder unit this year, perfect for experimentals.
Those V tails when they tried them on the Bonanza had some interesting flight characteristics. Maybe this one above flies differently, sure has a different body and wing. Nice looking plane.
Tucked that turboprop down in there nicely, any specs on how much its downrated? Cause that speed the gent above mentioned, is a bit low for such a slick wing and airframe, would think closer to 400 mph. Or maybe the airframe is not up to those stresses and wing loading. Looks very well designed and built.
I want one. Even just to look at. What a beautiful plane.
