And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Had 2 vintage Wagoneers back in the 90s. They both rusted out from under me. Wish I could buy a new one based on those models. I've driven the current model, it's too big and too heavy.
you could easily build a old waggy with a modern drivetain for alot less than a new grand waggy costs, and the new grand waggys are chock full of reliability issues and they cost like $100K
Honestly ... All-electric vehicles are in principle much simpler in terms of parts count, and require less maintenance. But a combination of range limits, "refuel" time, and environmental sensitivity (e.g. too hot or too cold kills performance even more) have made them not nearly as useful from the get-go.
Simple is what made them great no computer problems
