And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Not sure why, but I want to say International. We had one when growing up that was similar best I can remember (without the fancy fog lights etc. - heck it didn't have blinkers as this one seems to on top of the fenders.) I think ours was like a '49. This looks more like a pre-war, maybe '39?
Many brands had a very similar look in 1936 to 1938. By 1939,40 the fenders Were more integrated into the body with wider grills and larger bumpers ect Check a 37,38 Chevy to compare. Bubbarust
