The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? What the Hell does prop rotation have to do with anything? My jet boat, which doesn't have a prop steers from the same side as do a lot of inboards. Have seen right, left and center steering positions. There doesn't seem to be a hard rule on it. Bubbarust
You can have the "home port" as Monaco without keeping it there. But yes, marina charges in Monaco are outrageous especially during summer and astronomical for the Monaco Grand Prix.
I am no sailor, but I don't know if I have ever seen right-hand steering on a boat.
