    1. Depends on the rotation of the props. With counter-rotating props, it don't matter.

    2. What the Hell does prop rotation have to do with anything? My jet boat, which
      doesn't have a prop steers from the same side as do a lot of inboards. Have seen right, left and center steering positions. There doesn't seem to be a
      hard rule on it.

  4. You can have the "home port" as Monaco without keeping it there. But yes, marina charges in Monaco are outrageous especially during summer and astronomical for the Monaco Grand Prix.
