And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? speed is always weight against horsepower. and shaving every ounce you can safety remove is golden. a lot of punch and flange work is needed to really do a good job of it.
Just buy a bigger engine and forget the hole punch. Stupid story - when my mom was in high school, circa1950, two guys were racing in borrowed cars, one of the shifted too hard and broke the shift lever off.
Mind the ounces and the pounds take care of themselves! I'd say they used a step bit for the smaller holes, some of those parts would be hard to remove.
