And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Sumpin a little funny here- Pretty sure the little reflectors over the euro-only bi-color taillights (frequently refitted) were US DOT only on this 1963 T6 cab. I’m going to infer this is a U.S. model dressed for the photo with a German plate (MS prefix is for city of Miesbach, Bavaria ( looked it up)). Correct that there is not much surfing there. Additionally, I think you could lean the board on the bumper and keep clear of the paint- FWIW.
