And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
The art of the flier is when they tune the blade. A blade will get warped when a chip gets between the table creating a hot area. The heat / warp will cause the blade to become unbalanced in seconds.
Then the filer will take that warped blade place it on a special anvil and hit it with a special hammer until it is back in the shape that it is supposed to have.
I have warped a few and had the filer shake his head at me.
