    1. Just a high dollar 1911 clone. I've never shot one either, but they claim to be high quality. That one looks great, but I don't know if it's worth all the money they want for it. On the other hand, you only live once, and a high dollar toy or two should be encouraged now and then.

  3. I shot one of those EDC X9's - Ken Hackathorn was involved in the design, and he had one at a class I took back in February here in NC. It was very nice! But for the >$3K price tag, I think I'd rather have a nice Sig or Glock or S&W and a lot of ammo to practice or train with. That's generally the way I feel about all high-end pistols, but that said, I'd happily receive one as a gift and shoot the snot out of it!
