And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
The military has guidelines about how far you need to be away from the explosion. They have experience with this even if you think it's safe to be closer.

I saw a couple of good ole boys loading a 3 gallon bucket of tannerite into an abandoned clothes dryer at the sand pit that was used as an ad hock shooting range. I decided it was a good time to leave. I found out latter there were some minor injuries and all of the windows of their truck was blown out.
