How insanely stupid is Justin Trudeau’s team?

Sounds like they're brilliant light bringers - in their own minds.

But maybe not in reality.

Leaking an embarrassing story about the president that you are negotiating a trade deal with is stupid. Especially a president often described as having a thin skin when it comes to his public image.
But leaking that embarrassing story to the reporter and network he hates the most is without a doubt the dumbest thing their seething, bubbling minds could come up with.
Now the Trudeau team is trying to back pedal, telling Canadian reporters calling about this that it was all a joke.
After speaking to three very high level sources in the government, all are telling me the call between Trump and Trudeau on May 25 was not testy and the "burning down the White House" comment was clearly intended (and received) as a joke.

Maybe the Chinese were right in their assessment of the two leaders?

  2. It's another Trump: "Maybe the Russians can find Hillary's 30,000 missing emails" one-liner. Henny Youngman and Rodney Dangerfield would be so proud!

  3. In a broad technical sense, yes, the canucks did burn the White House... that is where the British came from and where they went back to after sacking Washington, DC

Please, Please, Please, don't judge all Canadians by this. Just as Hilz was almost elected by only 57 counties, he was elected by a small amount of the vast Canadian landscape. Many of us are embarrassed by this clown who feels so entitled by the fact that his father once was Prime Minister. After the next election here we will have a grown up in charge again.
