And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? A solid hydraulic shock absorber system minimizes damage too. Older WW-II models use a huge rolling flailing chains implement attached to the front of the tank.
Mine rollers were the preferred method by the US in WWII, and still today, over flails because the rollers don't get destroyed like the flails did (and still do.)
