The most expensive lever action you'll ever see. But it's a looker!

37 inch lever action rifle weighing 6 ½ lbs with a six round magazine and minute-of-angle accuracy. The rifle is re-chambered for the new hot 457 WWG which fires a 350 grain bullet at around 2,300 feet per second. The rifle is also able to fire all lever action .45/70 loads and single feed a 2.5″ .410 shot shell giving it a wide range of cartridge power making it extremely versatile.

.45/70 is good, but how about 30/30, or .45 Long Colt?  And lose the stock engraving (unless you could do a skull, or flag).

  1. I'd want it in a less pricy/more available caliber, too. That .45LC would do just fine- and it looks too much like a Red Ryder BB gun for my liking. One of "seven favorite truck guns," is it?

Well, at that price I wouldn't be chucking it in the back of the pickup, but no doubt somebody would!

  2. When I looked at the price, I confirmed that they seem inordinately proud of that rifle.

  3. Yes, it is a beauty but take-downs are notorious for becoming loose over time and use.

  4. I could see a 45LC or better yet a 454 Casull. But their price will keep me away. I can build a quick disconnect, sub-MOA, SBR 458 Socom much cheaper.

  8. The associated article on favorite "truck guns"? Holy heck, he's got to be kidding. The truck guns I'm familiar with cost less than $300, come from pawn shops, and aren't chambered in any custom calibers. Guess I'm not in the target demographic, even though I own multiple lever guns and a bakers dozen revolvers, counting the cap-n-ball fun guns. Oh well.

    1. I hear that. A mini 14 in .223 can reach out and do a number on a coyote for a lot cheaper.

    2. Well, considering that today's trucks now cost the same as a house, the $200 truck gun just isn't going to cut it anymore. After all, who wants to put a $200 gun in their $80,000 truck?
