I may need to try one of these next time I make shepherd's bread.

  1. I have a set of Silicone baking mats.

    I use them a lot. Nothing sticks.

    Worth the money

  2. I agree, as I use them regularly with no issues. Two thumbs up! I've also given up fried okra, choosing instead to coat in olive oil, salt and flour, and BAKE on one of these silicone mats.

  5. I bought one those (the exact same one) for my wife 3 or 4 years ago and now she absolutely will not bake anything without it.

    I'm pretty certain she has 4 or 5 of them now, just for increased cookie production, etc.

    They are equally effective for making homemade venison jerky and such.

    I believe you can still find slightly less expensive versions (some perforated for jerky) on Amazon to this day.
