And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
M109 series. Looks like an older model, likely an old picture too. These are in use by lots of countries, but made in the USA. I suspect this one is parked in an American National Guard armory. Netting on the basketball court is red-white-blue.
The M109 is a 155mm self propelled howitzer that was used in Vietnam. Canada and lots of other countries acquired them. See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M109_howitzer
