  3. Fascinating. Those look to be the exact same type of seat belt and buckle that were on the lap belt part of the harness in a T-37 "Killer Tweet" I learned to drive some 35 years ago. The shoulder belts had loops that slipped right over the tang on the seat belt buckle. In this rod you might miss those.... just saying.
