And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Jason Chaffetz schools a poor FBI man who doesn't understand who's the boss.
Every three letter agency makes their own GD laws. They don't answer to Congress, they don't answer to anyone. They lie and cover up everything and no one EVER goes to prison (unless they fall out of political favor with their cohorts in crime).
Well stated. They all our their own little internal fiefdoms with little accountability to Congress and no accountability to the taxpayer that pays their salaries. I believe that Trump will have the mandate to take more than a sharp pencil to these wasteful, useless, arrogant, and inefficient federal agencies. they all need to be cut back significantly and taken down a few pegs. They waste tax $$ at a terrifying pace, and these actions will be a nice economic stimulus.
Rep. Chaffetz was gentle. I wouldn't have been, if I'd been in his position.
It's past time the Sergeant-at-Arms is instructed to start putting these self-important fools into the jail cell they have ready. Time to enforce our laws!
The Trump administration should set a goal to reduce the size of every federal agency by *at least* 20% in Year 1. Some agencies like TSA, Labor, Education, Energy, National Science Foundation, Commerce, and HUD should be fully eliminated.
add NASA to the list. Sorry space fans, this is another one that takes your money and fritters it away. We aren't getting return on this. If someone wants to build a space rocket, they can do it on their own dime. NASA bureaucrats and staff do sweet FA and soak up big salaries and pensions. Get rid of it
