Pulled this orange habanero off the bush today

I took a nibble.  HOT!  Still burning.

  1. Made some great hot sauce from mine last year. Wife and friends love it.......

  2. You might like to try growing Red Peters some time. They are a rare, old heirloom that I grew for the first time as a novelty a few years ago. They have a really good flavor that's a bit different and are slightly hotter than Jalapenos. Good in chili and my wife uses them in her stuffed baked potatoes. I also make a kick ass salsa with a combination of them, Jalapeno and Anaheim peppers.............

  3. Dehydrate and then ground 'em up. Use a pinch or two in a meat sauce. Bet it will be delicious!
