I wonder how the bird learned to do that?

  2. They do this to cattle & horses too. They must be gentler than they look, because it doesn't seem to bother the horses.

    1. I don't know about horses, but the collies shed off their rear "skirts" so much, they don't seem to feel it at all when the stray tufts are plucked, like this titmouse is doing.
