Your good news of the day: 9th Circuit opinion on rights of gun stores applies standard, rigorous Second Amendment doctrines

In other words, Progressives can't deny your gun rights by zoning out the existence of gun stores.  

Interesting that this comes out of the 9th Circuit as well, as that is generally a hyper liberal, constitutional rights denying group.
