And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
It amazes me how many bystanders don't seem to know any physics at all- and stand right where a car will end up if something bad happens.
Those same people go running across the road to help the driver after the crash, but don't seem to care that there may be more cars going pedal-to-the-metal right behind the one that crashed!
I really think that if those people want their roadside bushes cleared away, lawnmowers would be cheaper.
