And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Really, the government should help reduce the national debt by selling tickets to events like this.
How I love this guy! You Americans should hold some kind of eternal Holy Mass as a sign of your thankfulness for having such politicians and a political culture that - albeit under pressure, and in danger of being subverted - champions freedom. On our side of the Atlantic, things look much worse.
Yeah, there are a few left. Poland seems to be a bright spot, however, in a darkening Europe. We saw that 100k march there against destruction by immigration. Inspiring.
