And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Wow, for some reason, that picture has the "it" factor. Not sure how else to say it. The substantial structure, the proper stairs, the low door opening, the stuff on the roof, the hanging basket, the bare feet and the hair style. It says to me that humans are amazingly capable, even capable of making something substantial from nothing, with nothing.
Frederick Monsen knows composition. Come to think of it, all societies started from nothing, and built the various cultures from that, as each saw fit. Now some of us are landing rovers on Mars, not for motivations of money or power, but from pure curiosity. Awesome indeed.
