Your good news of the day: Battleground poll shows GOP +4 on Congressional ballot, wide intensity gap.

"Republicans hold a four-point lead (43/39) on the generic Congressional ballot, a measure that traditionally favors Democrats.  Including leaners, the margin is unchanged (46/42).  Republicans have a strong edge on this question among independent (+15) and middle class voters (+11).  And then there’s this, with all the obvious caveats about the reliability of small sub-samples firmly in place:
"In states with a competitive US Senate race, Republicans hold a sixteen point advantage on this generic ballot."
Slowly, the ship of state is beginning to right itself, and it will, as long as the progressives can be stopped from flooding the nation with new "undocumented" Democratic voters.

Everyone in the middle class must by now recognize that the Dem/Progressives plan to off shore as many of their good jobs as possible, import as many low wage illegals as they can, and thereby chew away their opportunity to work for a reasonable wage from both ends.  As they do that, they will endeavor to tax as much of the middle class's wealth away to maximize the destruction of a group of people who they do not like.

To vote for any Dem/Prog these days is a vote for impoverishment, for war, and for a lack of freedom and opportunity.

  1. I think that Barack and friends have recognized this situation, which is why he changed the White House Counsel to a noted criminal defense attorney. They've been doing that sort of proactive damage control for about 3-4 months now. That's to protect Barack, not his minions. And once the minions start to get rolled up, they'll point to the boss. That's how it always works, and I'm sure that's what his lawyer told him. Lois Learner and friends are "holding their mud" for the moment. That will remain the case until it's clear that it will no longer protect them.

    1. Yeah, if they ever do get the same power Obama had during the first half of his first term, we will get to see how much they really want to undo the massive nanny state.
