And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Dunno, I found it on someone's tumblr that didn't say, but given the glacial melt in the water and the style of the house, I'd say either Canada or maybe even the Alps.
If you only saw maybe ten people a year this would be paradise for sure. Unfortunately, big bodies of water usually attract crowds! Great picture, thanks!
You're welcome! It would probably be a place to use off season for that very reason. Or just shoot a shotgun off the deck once in a while - that would keep the tourists away. ;-)
