And what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? Let them take arms. The remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon and pacify them. What signify a few lives lost in a century or two? The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

This is a great candidate for a "Mondays, they're like that post," but I can't wait.
Yeah, that's the kind of thing that would happen to me. I won't even mention the time I fell into the Tuolumne River, fully clothed, with an expensive camera in one hand and a fishing pole in the other, which in turn was attached to a large angry trout. My friends were too astounded to laugh. At first. Good times....
